Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for business units
- Develop executive-ready dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI and Excel
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation
- Prepare quarterly board presentations and regulatory compliance documentation
- Lead process improvement projects to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial modeling tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts
- Certification in FP&A or CFA Level 1+ strongly preferred
