Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for executive leadership and clients
- Conduct variance analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into business strategies
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical thinking and communication skills
