Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and trend identification.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual operating budget and strategic financial plans.
- Perform detailed cost analysis to identify areas for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
