Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis on monthly and quarterly financial statements to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and monitor performance against targets.
- Generate comprehensive, executive-level reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to support decision-making.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Index/Match).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into clear insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
