Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual audits and regulatory filings.
- Utilize advanced Excel modeling and financial software to interpret complex data sets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
