Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support organizational goals.
- Prepare and present complex financial reports and executive summaries to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to project future revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Assist in the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data reconciliation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to provide strategic recommendations for business expansion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and GAAP principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.
