Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital allocation and investment strategies
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in tech or consumer goods sector
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
