Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow; perform variance analysis to compare actuals against budgets.
- Reporting & Presentation: Prepare high-level executive summaries, monthly/quarterly reports, and presentations to communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Assist in the annual budgeting process, monitor spending, and provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance data accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies, GAAP standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Investment Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on investment opportunities to support strategic capital allocation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
