Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial trends, costs, revenues, and profitability to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and project financials.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and monitor departmental spending against allocated budgets.
- Identify key business risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and maximize returns.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify patterns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
