What You Will Do:
As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting, supporting budgeting processes, and identifying key drivers of business performance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Develop complex financial models to support capital budgeting, M&A due diligence, and long-term strategic planning.
- Analysis: Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial processes adhere to GAAP and internal control standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to assess performance against budget and forecast.
- Utilize financial modeling and forecasting techniques to support strategic planning and capital allocation.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA certification is a plus.
