Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for high-net-worth clients including investment portfolios, retirement strategies, and risk management solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and financial planning consultations
- Conduct market research and analyze economic trends to optimize investment recommendations
- Comply with FINRA regulations and maintain all required securities licenses (Series 7 & 66)
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences across wealth management services
- Generate new business through targeted networking and referral programs in Orange County
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage pipeline effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or CFP preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or related role
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and client acquisition goals
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse client demographics
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
- Valid California state securities registration
