Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for 50+ clients across retirement, investments, and insurance
- Build and maintain high-net-worth client relationships through proactive outreach
- Stay current on FINRA regulations and SEC compliance standards
- Utilize CRM systems to track KPIs and sales pipelines
- Collaborate with in-house legal and tax specialists for complex cases
- Present quarterly portfolio reviews and adjust strategies based on market trends
- Mentor junior advisors to drive team excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Series 7, 66, and state insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of client-facing financial services experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of investment vehicles (stocks, bonds, mutual funds)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- FINRA registration and clean compliance record
