Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for prospective and existing clients to determine optimal investment strategies.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular portfolio reviews and personalized communication.
- Create tailored investment portfolios and retirement plans aligned with clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Assist in organizing and hosting community financial literacy seminars and client appreciation events.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all client interactions and documentation adhere to industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, discipline, and a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses (training provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for client meetings.
