Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and risk tolerance
- Present tailored investment solutions including mutual funds, retirement accounts, and insurance productsConduct thorough financial needs analysis for individuals and families
- Complete required FINRA licensing exams with company-provided study resources
- Maintain compliance with financial industry regulations and company policies
- Participate in weekly training sessions and performance coaching
- Track client portfolios and provide regular progress updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping others
- Ability to pass FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensing exams
