Role Overview:
You will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, providing tailored financial planning, investment management, and retirement strategies. We value candidates who can bridge the gap between complex financial concepts and client needs.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and life circumstances.
- Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans that encompass retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management.
- Investment Management: Recommend and manage investment portfolios aligned with client objectives, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.
- Business Development: Proactively acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and community outreach to grow your practice.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of economic trends and market movements to provide informed advice to clients.
- Compliance: Ensure all advice and activities comply with FINRA regulations and internal firm policies.
Qualifications
- Licenses: Series 7 and Series 66 (or 65) licenses required; Series 63 also preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of empathy and professional integrity.
- Self-Starter: Motivated individual capable of working independently and managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
