Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Manage and grow client portfolios by conducting thorough market analysis and recommending appropriate investment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients through exceptional communication and service.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide informed advice.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide detailed performance reporting to clients.
- Identify and refer opportunities for additional financial products and services within the firm.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including estate planning attorneys and tax professionals, to provide holistic solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (CFP or CFA designation preferred).
- Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63) licenses required; willingness to obtain them if not currently held.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning software (e.g., Envestnet, MoneyGuidePro).
