The Opportunity:

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial planning and investment analysis for individual and business clients.
- Develop, manage, and monitor client investment portfolios to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Build and maintain a robust network of referral sources within the local community.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
- Present complex financial concepts in a clear, concise, and educational manner to clients.
- Identify and cross-sell additional financial products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or financial services.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote and office hybrid environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings within the Lincoln, NE area.
