Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial strategies for clients covering investments, retirement planning, and wealth management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and proactive communication
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to provide actionable investment recommendations
- Meet sales targets by identifying new client opportunities and expanding referral networks
- Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations and maintain accurate client documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid Series 7 and Series 66/65 licenses (required)
- 3+ years of financial advisory or client-facing sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and client acquisition goals
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable advice
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust
- Self-motivated with ability to manage time effectively in a flexible work environment
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
