Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies for high-net-worth clients
- Leverage provided CRM software and market analytics tools to manage client portfolios
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular financial reviews
- Utilize advanced planning software to conduct retirement, estate, and tax analyses
- Meet sales targets while maintaining fiduciary standards and compliance protocols
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated financial solutions
- Stay current on market trends using provided research platforms and data subscriptions
Qualifications
- Series 7, 66/63/65 licenses and current FINRA registrations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of financial advisory experience with proven client acquisition track record
- Expertise in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Philadelphia market knowledge or willingness to develop local client base
