Responsibilities

Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66/63 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of financial services sales or advisory experience
- Proven track record in client relationship building and revenue generation
- Strong proficiency with financial planning software and CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Texas Life & Health Insurance license (or ability to obtain)
