Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans including investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management for diverse client portfolios
- Cultivate and expand client relationships through regular portfolio reviews, market updates, and proactive financial consultations
- Exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and converting prospects into long-term clients
- Stay current on financial regulations, market trends, and industry best practices through continuous education
- Utilize our proprietary CRM platform to track client interactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with internal teams including tax specialists and estate planners to deliver holistic client solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFP designation preferred)
- Active Series 7 and Series 66/65 licenses (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or client-facing sales role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and building client relationships
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial planning software and CRM systems
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings
