Responsibilities
- Client Advisory: Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and life stages to develop personalized financial plans.
- Investment Management: Manage and monitor client portfolios, executing trades and rebalancing strategies to optimize returns and mitigate risk.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse client base, acting as a trusted advisor for all financial needs.
- Financial Planning: Provide expertise in retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and insurance solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and economic indicators to provide timely and relevant advice to clients.
- Business Development: Proactively network within the community to acquire new clients and expand the firm's footprint in Anchorage.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must hold Series 7, Series 66 (or Series 65) licenses and be Series 63 compliant. Life insurance and variable product licenses are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required; CFP certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.
- Integrity: Unwavering commitment to ethical standards and fiduciary responsibility.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail) and financial planning platforms.
