Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to determine client goals and objectives.
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized financial plans and investment strategies.
- Manage and grow a diverse book of business through proactive relationship management and referrals.
- Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal portfolio performance.
- Present complex financial concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including tax specialists and estate planners, to provide holistic solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Candidate must hold or be willing to obtain Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63) licenses and Life/Health insurance licenses.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client service.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
