Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans and investment strategies for high-net-worth clients
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through regular portfolio reviews
- Drive business development through targeted networking and referral programs
- Stay current on market trends and regulatory compliance (FINRA Series 7/66)
- Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team performance goals
- Host quarterly financial literacy workshops for the Bakersfield community
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- FINRA Series 7 and 66/63/65 licenses required
- Minimum 3 years experience in financial services or client-facing sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- CFA or CFP designation preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
