Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile monthly bank statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor/client relationships
- Prepare financial reports including profit/loss statements and balance sheets
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily transaction processing and payroll support
- Assist with audits and financial analysis for strategic planning
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of managing multi-client portfolios
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
