Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping processes including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings compliance
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with CPAs and tax professionals for year-end requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP principles and payroll processing
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven experience with financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables required)
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
