Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable within weekly cycles
- Generate monthly financial statements for client review
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance
- Implement digital bookkeeping systems using QuickBooks Online
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support annual audit preparations and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Ability to meet tight weekly deadlines consistently
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
