Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage cash flow
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation
- Oversee payroll processing and employee expense reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Collaborate with CPA firm during audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Proficient with accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Texas CPA license preferred but not required
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
