Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable for 15+ clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Process payroll and tax filings quarterly
- Maintain accurate QuickBooks databases and backup systems
- Conduct bank account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with audits and financial compliance documentation
- Generate client invoices and payment tracking reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
- Exceptional attention to detail and error detection
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
