Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances with 99.9% accuracy
- Build lasting relationships through personalized financial consultations and product recommendations
- Resolve client inquiries efficiently while maintaining compliance with federal banking regulations
- Sell bank products and services including credit cards, loans, and investment options
- Balance daily transactions and maintain meticulous cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with branch managers to identify growth opportunities and service improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or financial transactions preferred
- Proven ability to handle cash with perfect reconciliation records
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and security protocols
- Proficient in core banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
