Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with meticulous attention to accuracy and compliance
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for audit readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Lead tax preparation and filing for corporate clients
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analysis reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Proven experience with multi-state corporate tax filings
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
