Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closings
- Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports for stakeholder review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement efficient accounting processes to enhance workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with audit teams during financial examinations and compliance reviews
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue optimization strategies
- Maintain meticulous financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)

- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (Oracle/SAP a plus)
