Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and budget forecasts
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Oversee payroll processing with weekly disbursement
- Conduct audits and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
