Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile client accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process payroll with weekly distribution
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and state/federal regulations
- Conduct audits and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with team on tax preparation and planning
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
