Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and efficiently using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records and calculate deductions, bonuses, and commissions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with quarterly and annual tax filings
- Maintain confidential employee records and data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business preferred
- Proficiency with MS Excel and attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Willingness to obtain FPC certification within 12 months
- Basic understanding of payroll terminology and regulations
