- Complete comprehensive financial advisor training program

- Participate in weekly team development sessions

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to pass FINRA Series 7 & 63 exams (training provided)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
