Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Perform daily data entry for transactions and expenses
- Reconcile bank statements and account balances monthly
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Communicate with clients regarding financial documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
