Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Update and maintain the company's general ledger.
- Organize and file financial documents both digitally and physically.
- Support the accounting department during tax season.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- No prior professional experience required; full training provided.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
