Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and the month-end close process.
- Process payroll support and maintain employee time tracking records.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date financial documentation.
- Assist with basic tax preparation and compliance tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software (training provided).
