Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and ledgers.
- Process payroll transactions and manage employee timecards.
- Organize and maintain accurate financial records and digital archives.
- Support the tax team with data collection and filing preparation.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) to track expenses and invoices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
