Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry and reconciling bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and monthly reconciliation documents.
- Process invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical financial records.
- Support the senior accounting team with general ledger activities.
- Utilize accounting software to track company expenses and budgets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is a plus but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is highly preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
