Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and invoice processing.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare basic financial reports for management review.
- Organize and file financial documents and receipts.
- Support the accounting team with month-end close processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred but not required).
- Basic computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn industry-standard accounting software (training provided).
