Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and update financial ledgers and journals.
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Perform routine data entry and filing of financial documents.
- Support the accounting department with month-end close activities.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is a plus but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to learn new accounting software quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
