Job Overview:
In this role, you will support the finance team by maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with daily accounting operations. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-standard software while working alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and file financial documents and records efficiently.
- Prepare basic financial reports and ledgers using QuickBooks or Excel.
- Assist with payroll processing and data entry tasks.
- Identify discrepancies in financial data and report findings to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Eagerness to learn accounting principles and software.
