Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Process and issue invoices, as well as process purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organized filing systems.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and status updates.
- Utilize accounting software to update and maintain transaction data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and learn new software.
- Valid driver's license (optional).
