- Reconciliation: Review bank statements and credit card statements to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Invoice Management: Generate, send, and track invoices, ensuring timely payments from clients.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential) and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks) is a plus.
