Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and manage accounts payable and receivable records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reconciliation of bank accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records using accounting software.
- Process invoices, verify expenses, and ensure timely payments.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for financial documents.
- Support the senior accounting team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior accounting experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong mathematical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
