Responsibilities
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process invoices and ensure all vendor payments are made on time.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Perform data entry and auditing of financial data using accounting software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required (College students in Finance are encouraged to apply).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
