Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with the month-end closing process and prepare basic financial reports.
- Organize and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll support as directed.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to input and track financial data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior experience required; we offer full training for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new accounting tools.
