Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers
- Process accounts payable/receivable with weekly payment cycles
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily transaction management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPB, AIPB) a plus
